It IS worth watching if you ask me !!! O>O But I've never read the manga so I don't know if that one is better.

I watched it on veoh I think, but not the dub, I personally hate dubs. But if you like dubs better than you should just watch the dub! XD

It's a Geneon dub, and Geneon does (or did) a pretty good job.

dubs can be good. some are horrible beyond belief though. some are 50/50.

Black Cat=EXCELLENT DUB (I like some voices better than the original)

Tsubasa=Crappy dub (God, if I hear Kurogane mispronounced ONE more time...)

Kingdom Hearts (vid game, but still dubbed): So-so. Some voices were good, some weren't.

FMA: best dub i've every heard.

Blood+: it had it's good voices (Kai & Hagi), but some of them just suck so much. Oh god....Diva is NOTHING like the original. she's supposed to sound so cute and loving (when she's not...) and then the dub gives her this evil devil scary voice?! not right.

DNAngel: it's OKAY.

OHSHC: it goes back and forth. Good, wonderful moments! Others are not wonderful. all in all, i think it's good though. the lobelia episode is soooooooo much worse in english! XDXD it's scary....beyond scary.....
