well, just because Sora's making personalized AMV's doesn't instantly mean her gifts better. (I'm not saying your gifts are bad, Sora.) Whoa!!! Why did the smilies stop moving?!

i rather like the DVD...... it's not much (the host club ones i'm making for hanyou are soooooo much better), but it's still fun! thought that counts all-in-all though, right?
and that goes for anyone!

i still might skip out on like 1-3 of them though

well, don't overwork yourself (like me). it makes you dead tired and you most likely won't be able to get up well in the morning (like me).

well one has to just be put together (assuming my mom already didn't take the initiative to do so already) and the other one i need to go out and buy (im like pressured to have to get her more since i already know that she's getting me like 2-3 things v_v...one of the few backfires of having a gf)

That brings up memories. My friend and I would always 'compete' about X-Mas presents. It was a never ending process... and nobody 'won'. But it was fun. good times...

And now, if one of my friends say "I got you an X-Mas gift" I have to run to the store or find something they'll like by the next day or i'll feel bad.

i always feel bad about not getting people gifts... reasons why i don't (for christmas that is...)
1) i'm terrible when it comes to gift shopping. >.<
2) it takes me long enough to make someone an original present--imagine if i had to make like...10. i would be up all night, every night.
3) my mom takes me to go get cheap stuff, or stuff they won't like. ((one year for hanyou's b-day, my mom practically forced me to get her a "Date Ball" and a puzzle. -_-;; ))
4) when it comes to my parents and grandparents, i really don't have the slightest clue. plus, they always tell us kids not to buy them stuff, so.........

haha, i never have any clue what to get people, either. I'll usually find something perfect or good, though.

And if you feel bad for not getting me or hanyou anything, I'll happily settle for pictures sent by e-mail. =) *let me make clear that i'm NOT saying you have to or should*

I'm not going to get all of my friends gifts either, I don't like the whole 'find a good gift' thing. And Christmas isn't as important here as in other countries. I'll only get Dennis (my bf) and my 7 best friends something. Buying things for everyone would cost me too much money, and I'm already sitting with like... 20 people in the cafetaria (at school). Buying all of them something is a big no! XD

yeah, same here. I usually only give by best friends stuff. (I have 4) and I'll probably sent something to the friend i was talking about earlier... if i can remember his address... If someone else gets me something, i'll feel bad, that why i run to the store... which i usually can't do so i make a card and put a penny in it. (though i've only put a penny in a card once)

yeah i only give gifts to friends that i know will give me gifts back or i can give them something cheap that i know they'll like
like my one friend really loves mountian dew so I'm goping to go and get him a few 2 liters of mountian dew (which is one of the 5-7 gifts that i need to get)

which by the way one of the gifts is wrapped and ready to be delivered (on saturday)

ahh, the joys of christmas.

I can't believe it's almost here, it seems more like mid november than december already.

I decorated my tree yesterday!

... and I broke an ornament. ...again. The same thing has happened ever since I moved to Ohio!

haha, hanyou! that's something you would do. My tree's been up a while, and there's apparently app. 300 lights on the top part alone. But i use a fake tree, which, in my opinion, is so much better

I think, in order to celebrate X-Mas, we should all wear Santa hats to school tomorrow. (i don't know about anyone else, but it's our last day)

I use a fake tree too. And definately! (about the hat thing)

gah! choir concert tonight. geez... my voice has been all weird all week...

mine too. And i had a band concert tuesday. And my flute's been weird (it's be too hard to explain what's wrong with it online, but i know) and i've had to put a cloth on the top of it to make the sound right... and i couldn't use the cloth during the concert, so it was weird!

yay, christmas! so close!!

thanks! my mom actually chose some good decorations. ^_^

there's a little village too. it used to be my gramma's, until she got too lazy to set it all up and gave to us. XD my sister and i were being all technical while setting it up too. we made sure no people were in the road so they wouldn't get hit by cars, and we had a homeless people section in the back (XD), and we were just kinda giving good real-life reasons why things should go where. her friend thought we were crazy. XD
