why are the creators of pokemon so freaking bored every other time they randomly decide to create a new season, resulting in a never heard of before region with a bizzilion new pokemon that can't be found in any other region, though all of the kanto pokemon can still be found there?

And why do they always seem to feel the need to add some new girl to the plot line each new season, especially when everybody knows that Ash has no interest in them whatsoever, therefore making them irrelevant to the plot and making their existence a burden? (May. Yeah, she ruined the show for me forever... =P)
