Two Weeks of Festivities!

Plot: The two weeks of Gakuen Alice festivities have arrived once again this year! How will the characters spend it? You decide!
Rules:
-Same as all the other Rps
-No OCs!
-Just two character each, unless parts aren't being taken!
-You can be any character from the anime, even if I didn't feel like listing them
Characters:

Ruka hid a small smile as he looked up. It was time for the festival again. He couldn't help but wonder what his class was going to do this year. He looked around, people haven't started setting up just yet, in fact, they begin to work on it tomorrow. He looked around, surprised he didn't see Natsume at all.

Natsume yawned slightly. Everyone was always so busybody during the festival days and it irked him to no end. Thankfully no one ever came up to the roof. Turning, he closed his eyes and let himself fall asleep.

"Hey, Natsume, what are you doing up on the roof?" Mikan asked, interupting the boy in question's nap. No one ever came to the roof except for the Natsume-homing missile known Mikan. She never meant to stumble upon Natsume EVERY TIME he wanted to be alone. It was just that she always happened to do so and always had to say hi. It was just her nature.

Natsume ears twitched when he heard the voice that haunted him. Frowning, he wondered if pretending to be asleep would make her go away. Or at the very least make her be QUIET and stop bothering him. Why wasn't pokadots at the festival preparation anyways?

Natsume growled. He forgot. It was THIS idiot he was talking about. Unlike everyone else who would leave, she was the only person that would poke him until he responded.

Hotaru was riding her duck, minding her own business when she noticed Mikan bothering Natsume. She shrugged, and took this opportunity to attempt to "disappear" before Mikan could notice her. Continuing on by she couldn't help but think.....Baka....

Natsume eyes flicked over to where Imai was floating by on her duck. "Imai is over there," he flicked his eyes over to the apathetic girl and turned around. "Now go away, I need some sleep."

"Oh, okay." Mikan flashed a bright smile. "Thank you, Natsume-kun! See you!" She turned and waved before running down the stairs at speeds only seen in cartoons and after Hotaru.

Natsume felt his heart squeeze for a second. He wondered briefly if he missed the annoying pokadots but then quickly dismissed the idea. Turning over, he closed his eyes. "She's just annoying. It's just weird when she's gone, that's all...." he muttered.
Question: is it during the time when Natusme already knows he likes Mikan or before?

Ruka looked up to see Natsume on the roof of the building, it wasn't strange of him really, Is that Mikan?. Ruka coulnd't help but notice the entergetic girl. He walked out into the open and just glanced up at him, knowing that Natsume would evantually notice him.
You had to point me out....oh well. That stupid girl would have found me anyway. She looked forward as if she didn't see Mikan, making her duck go just a little faster. Hotaru knew Mikan would be over excited as usual.

"Hotaru!" Mikan shouted, and upon seeing her friend slow down, she shouted, "You meanie!" She stopped and saw Ruka. "Oh! Good morning, Ruka-pyon," she said brightly.

Natsume sighed when he felt someone gaze at his back again. Great, after he met the baka everyone ends up figuring out his hiding place and disrupt his sleep. Turning slightly, he motioned with his head that he acknowledged Ruka's presence.

Mikan watched Ruka go to where Natsume was, as he always did, then turned to go find something else to do. Obviously Hotaru was going to ignore her for a while, but she didn't want to be wandering around alone. Alone was just so boring.
Then she saw the class rep. "Hi!" She ran over to him.

Class Rep had been wandering the school looking for one of his friends when Mikan-chan ran up to him. "Hi there, Mikan-chan. Where are you going to?"
